How to Use Search Function for Exact Matches

I'm loving the content that I stumble across on BP, however when attempting to use quotes to search for exact matches, I cannot get it to work. Is there another method to search for exact matches besides using quotes? ...I did also try using the "Filter Results" function, but either way only gives me the first word in my search rather than the whole string. If I had the time to sift through 2,000+ results, I wouldn't be asking. ;)
