BP Site Extremely Frustrating

I was a pro for a while, and want to join again but this site has proven impossible to use.  I understood that with the free membership we get 3 uses of the calculators, well I used it once and on the second I was told I exceeded my uses!!!  Also the photos would not load. Then I was taken to where you can join but it said my email was already in use.  THEN when I went to contact you, I got the message that my message was caught by a spam filter.  So far my attempt to use BP has been very useless and totally frustrating.
