Member blog formatting issues

Can anyone give advice about formatting member blogs?

I added a picture and the text is scrunched up against the image. Is there a way to add a buffer and keep it more legible?

I have a Q&A section in one of the blogs. All of the Questions were in bold font to make them easier to find. I published the blog and all the bold text returned to normal. How can I get the formatting to stick?

Also, when I go to member blogs I can only see a list of "featured" blogs. Is there a way to read ALL blogs and sort by date published, most read, etc? Or are member blogs only available through the individual member's profile?
