Buying a multifamily using FHA with an LLC

I am considering buying my first multifamily (Triplex). Would like to put as little down as possible but always buy properties using an LLC. Is there a way to do FHA (or similar) where I could put as little down as possible? The property cashflows quite well with long standing tenants so there are no issues with the mortgage payment. Always looking for creative ways to do this kind of thing. Don't want to do hard money but may consider private money though I would prefer some sort of conventional mortgage route. Any thoughts?
