A real way to learn RE investing?

This topic is started based on another by our BP founder Josh D. in regards to the BP store. It was asked what us members would like to see added in the BP store and one of my suggestions was to add pay per view webinars of REAL education.

Here is the thought: Many people/investors (both newbie and seasoned pros) find it easier and more effective to learn something by doing or experiencing. This holds true not only in RE investing, but anything we learn. One of the problems is, how do we DO and avoid the costly mistakes which are so prevalent when on our own?

One possible answer is to get to see, ask, and do right along side a real investor who is doing exactly what you want to do.

If BP could provide a pay per view webinar with a teacher(s) who can instruct in fine line detail, with a real transaction as a sample, answer questions, and possibly even provide photo and video clips of exactly how to do a specific deal using a specific strategy, would that be worth say a $59 affordable cost? And when I say teach, I mean what to say, how to say it, what to do, where to do it, how to do it with, etc etc etc etc.

If you think so, provide a vote for this post and make your replies. Perhaps if there is enough interest in something like this, it would be worth the effort of Josh and company to pursue it.
It is up to all of you BP members! Vote and post now and pass the word on about this thread to all your colleagues. Lets get a large sum of responses here!

Let me chime in here for a sec. I love the idea of doing webinars. This is something we've been interested in doing for a long time . . . the question was always whether or not there was interest. Clearly, there is.

We'll see if we can work something into our upcoming plans for the remainder of the year . . . I'll keep everyone in the loop as to whether your help is needed, feedback, etc.

Thanks for the support and for continuing to discuss.....
