Your forum topics need to be reduced by 50%. It takes me 15 minutes to decide which forum to post in. And who is this annoying guy that pops up in the corner of the screen trying to pretend like a real person who wants to chat with me? COMON! I was almost excited to have found a good real estate community since creonline basically shut down. You have a good thing going, but please don't over do it.

We do have a lot of forum posts - over two million and counting. It can seem overwhelming to someone who is new to the site. 

There are several ways to sort them out, however. You can go through the forum categories and read through the individual forums that interest you most. 

In the Navigation bar above, hover over Community and the third choice is Forum Categories.

Another way to filter out the threads you have less interest in is to go to the Newest Forum Thread. Again, hover over Community, but this time click Newest Forum Threads. 

Then click the gear icon in the right, and choose to hide one or more forums.
