I received an email from "Brain Parks" it is pasted below.

Title: About your post loan

"I read your message on biggerpockets.com, i want you to know that i was once like you looking for loan all over the internet until someone introduce me to TD Home Loan, where i was able to get my loan with the rate of 3% with a processing fee which i paid, i will advise you to also contact them because i believe they will be able to help you too, the email is [email protected]

After looking into the email it is littered across the web shadily offering loans. Looks like it could be an identity theft data mining ploy. I have no post like what he remembered and he linked back to BP leading me to believe that he is most likely a user. If you guys could find/ban him that would be great. The email he used to contact me was "Brain Parks <[email protected]>;". I could see a new desperate investor falling for this and just want to protect this awesome community.

@Joshua Dorkin

Thank you very much @Joshua Dorkin & @Brandon Turner

 you guys are great. I second that although I've gotten some junk mail I also get tons of relationships by having my email in the signature. I was more just concerned for folks who are maybe less educated with computers.
