Can we have "Notify me when a reply is posted" Auto-unchecked for replies we make?

For (Replies) to existing posts, and (Quotes) to existing posts

At the bottom Notify me when a reply is posted is auto-checked when the button is clicked.

Can this be auto-UN-Checked, because it send a lot of stuff to the Replies section.

Notify me when someone replies to my post  for new posts seem to be fine Auto-checked because that one sends replies to our own posts.

The other one send every reply to a post we comment on, and sometimes that is a lot of replies.
