Looking to invest in Sioux Falls (from out of state) and trying to find recommendations for investor-friendly contractors. Thanks.

Depends on what you are looking to have done. Also would you clarify what you mean by investor-friendly? Most have no shortage of business right now, so prices are crazy. Also, lead times are pretty far out. Bigger jobs are getting done, but if you are looking for small rehab type work, it'll take a while.
