Must have references, past jobs to inspect, be capitalized (we don't pay you at the end of every day or buy materials every day, construction funds are escrowed and can be verified. Draws every two weeks, one if needed), need to be able to produce a schedule of construction (we have tools you can use), and adhere to it as close as possible. If you can do GREAT work, we have projects. If you can't, or are learning, we can't use you. Need license, need access to your own subs, need to GET IN and GET OUT...can't have house sitting empty on any days, need to keep it moving...if that's you, we're a great client. Well funded. Have five houses going now and growing. We don't advance funds, so don't bother. We'll pay for permit and dumpster, then funds come after work completed weekly/biweekly as stated. Professional process, we have all the tools if you don't have them. (paperwork wise)
