Workers comp and business insurance for a General Contractor

Hello,

I'm looking for a local company in MN that is willing to insure and provide workers comp for a General Contractor. Particularly someone who is willing to insure roofing as well. Most bigger insurance companies don't want to take on the risk.

I'm just starting out in the business side of this industry and am getting ready to make contracts or find a source for them. Do any of you have recommendations on designing contracts and any specifics that should be in them above and beyond the MN state law?

Thank you,

Victor
