Rehab Contractors in Jacksonville, Fl
Hi Jacksonville investors, I worked on a flip this fall in another Florida market, but I'm also finding potential flips thru a Jacksonville broker. He has recommended 2 unknown contractors who I have contacted but have not provided references or a track record yet. From limited experience I know remote flipping 100% hinges on an ethical and experienced team. Therefore, I'm reaching out to the BP community to see if any Jacksonville investors would highly recommended any contractors. Also feel free to share Jacksonville contractors to stay away from.
