Contractor AND customer review site... Finally
Afternoon Ladies and Gentlemen,
There is finally a legal site to review customers and contractors/subs/GC's alike.
www.protectyourbid.com LLC
This site will allow you to review the customers based on the address the work was performed at.
This site allows you to review the Contractors/GC's/subs based on their legal address.
Small sample of things that can be reviewed -
Redealing - One price approved before work started and another at the end of the job
Great customer - Repeat customer, fast payment, easy to work for.
Unsafe working conditions - Customer refuses to address issues before beginning any extra work.
On the contractor/GC/sub end -
GC didnt have funds to complete project
GC bounced my number to his other subs for better pricing
GC paid fast and always had answers for questions on job
Subs didn't show up to job multiple times
Subs workers comp didn't check out with insurance auditor
Subs showed up diligently and did a beautiful job. Would use again
These are just a fraction of thing you can review on the site. To give you an idea of how the site would work in your daily routine...
You receive a call from a potential customer / contractor.
Log into the site and double check the address. If there is a review on the address they'll be a marker on it.
Click on the marker and read the review - Decide for yourself if you want to pursue the bid or save yourself any potential headaches.
If you decide to go forward - once the job is complete you can either add a comment to the previous review or create your own review of your experience with the customer/contractor.
Please be sure to read the terms of service before adding a review. No slander etc. Keep your posts truthful. They will be reviewed before being added to the site.
Best of luck and happy bidding.
