I am purchasing a 22 unit and 36 unit apartment complex in Cincinnati and I am in need of a solid General contractor that can handle a decent sized renovation. I am looking at updating kitchens, baths, plumbing, electric, flooring, painting and windows. Any suggestions would be great.
