Renovations

Good afternoon! I have 3 quick questions I'm hoping some of you can help with. Feel free to respond to just one or all 3 if you like:

1. Can anyone in the Atlanta area recommend a great general contractor (reliable, timely, affordable, communicative)?

2. Does anyone have a basic contract layout between homeowners and contractors you can share with me?

3. For 203k renovation loans, any tips/suggestions for dealing with disbursement of funds when check is in both my name and contractor's name? How do I prevent them for just taking off with the money?

Thanks!
