Contractor bid form
I'm in the process of starting my second Flip and I was wondering if anyone has a general form they use for bids on the remodeling. One of the things I've learned from my first Flip and my first wholesale is contractors can be a bit all over on their bids.
I'd like to use a general form that I can present to all contractors during the biding process that way when all bids are in I can compare apples to apples and find out who is actually giving me a deal. If you have any advice on making one or willing to share yours, please let me know.

Hi All,
I am happy to provide you with a contractor's bid form. The one I'm attaching is by construction division and quite comprehensive.
I wish to warn any person who uses this form that the intention here is knowledge and communication. I do NOT recommend going with the lowest bidder. The lowest bidder doesn't have the insurance or cash reserves to fix problems or generate solutions WHEN (not "if") problems in construction arise.
