Tools and construction equipment for rent?

Hi all, 

Wanted to send a quick note as we are currently building a tool and construction equipment website in which we will have inventory available for contractors to rent immediately, you can search the tool you need, choose among all the prices and location and book it online. 

As we are still in development we want to understand what would be key functionalities contractors would need to have on the site in order to make their lives easier.
