Handyman "upgraded" $750k duplex's ungrounded receptacles to "3 prong" (with no ground wires) Tennant had beaten smoke detectors off ceiling months ago because of annoying beep. Fire dept. summoned code enforcement who then ordered all tennants out until a comprehensive electrical inspection is done. Landlord's now footing the bill for motels. Everyone's very unhappy, landlord feels this all unfair. The handyman's burner phone is off, but she feels he was a nice guy & saved her alot of money.

The charring and burning is a nice touch too.
