Scope of Work (Help obtaining online bids)

Hello Everyone, 

I'm new to BiggerPockets.  My partner and I have flipped 5 properties.  This one is a little different in that our investor is requesting a scope of work. We've done this before; however, I would like to me more precise with these numbers than in the past.  Does anyone have any guidance on an online community or company that would provide an official contractors quote for to GC our rehab?

 It sounds like you're looking for an automated online bid to rehab the property, right? Even if you can get that sort of online estimate, it's unlikely to be accurate. An estimate from a GC after a site walkthrough is going to be more accurate and helpful.
