Multi Family General Contractor

I recently obtained my KB1 GC License that allows for Commercial and Residential Construction. My focus is on multi family renovations and new development in Maricopa County, Arizona. If you have any projects that require a licensed GC, I would love to see if I can help.

I am also the Broker-Owner of Grayson and Grayson and an active investor in multi family properties in Phoenix. My approach to bidding projects takes into account market rents in the area and maximizing returns for your clients.
