What's going on people, new here. 25 from Miami looking to get into RE investing one day. I come here today for advice on what steps I should take in my situation. I got discharged around August. So its been a few months, but I'm in no rush. Currently building my credit back up, i filed for bankruptcy due to me being duped from someone promising to boost my Credit doing the FCRA , had NO PROBLEMS prior to this, 100% on time on payments for years, but you live & learn. I have about $30,000 saved up and building towards that religiously. What're some realistic goals I should set? Thanks In advance - Zay
