Personal Habits & Growth

For those of you with strong personal habits or schedules how did you discipline yourself? I have a lot of plans for myself which include: full-time real estate, entrepreneurship, etc, but I think working on myself should be the first step. Even so, I find myself falling off when it never happened in the past. What should I do?

Read the following books:

Atomic habits

The one thing

Getting things done

Then, get yourself Michael Hyatt's full focus planner.

Then, day by day by day.....you do one thing, then another and eventually it's not effort anymore it's just a habit.
