Need Lender in Phoenix: one tenant already in place
The investment property I'm interested in is roughly $500K. Tenant in place downstairs for $1350. Imagine renting top floor for $2000 so covering the mortgage would be no problem. BUT I don't have cash for 25% down. Who in Phoenix area would give me a mortgage with 5-10% down, proof of tenant's rent and my income as worthy qualifiers???
