Hi I would like to know if anyone knows the current interest rates on investment property. Single family.

@Dejuan Calloway

My credit union just did a 15 year note for 3.875% with one point. Another bank I’ve used quoted me 4.125% with 1 1/2 points for a 15 year investment loan. I have 8 properties and my mortgages range from 3.25-4.125%. Good luck!
