Question about unsecured loans.
So I recently came across an unsecured loan provided by a local bank here in Wichita that they give to people with higher credit scores. 10k-50k, I haven’t seen this before from a bank; rates a much much lower than hard money. Has anyone seen a tool like this before? Is it more common than I think it is? If so what types of banks have you seen them?
