Have the money need an experienced investor in AZ!

Hey I’ve been studying/doing my research on real estate (rentals, flipping, wholesale, etc...) for a few years now and feel as if I’m ready to take action. I’m would still consider myself “new” to the real estate game considering I haven’t bought a home or done any physical action myself but have seen and learned from friends. With that being said, I want to know the best way to go about this possibly connecting with someone who had lots or experience/knowledge in the real estate game. Not only am I looking for someone with knowledge but also someone trustworthy as I’m willing to build a potential future partner relationship as I have some money saved up and ready and willing to take action and invest!
