Portfolio Refinancing in Chicago cash out

Hello,  I am trying to figure out which lender is best for my portfolio refinancing in Chicago.  All properties are worth 50,000 + with 1million + total (there is 10 properties, 20 units).   They are rehabbed and at any given time, I am 85%+ rented at any given point.  I looked at Lima and noticed their rate isn't as good as others.  So I was seeing if people have worked with companies and have suggestions.
