Investor friendly mortgage brokers???

Question

Is there even such a thing? If so, where is the best place to find investor friendly mortgage brokers? I need a mortgage broker I can rely on for owner occupant buyers aside from just buying something and reselling to investors. I don't normally touch pretty homes for wholesaling exit strategies. Instead of passing them up, I figure maybe resell retail homes to owner occupant buyers. I have a real estate agent that send me nothing but pretty house leads, but I pass them up because I was only targeting to cash investors who is buying for a profit whereas owner occupants are not focused ARV and all that other stuff wholesale investors use.

Just found this post while doing some searches for mortgage brokers vs local banks. @Darren Sager would you be able to share that info about the mortgage broker as well, it would be really appreciated and helpful. @Tony Marcelle usually the smaller to mid-sized banks are more friendly to investors than larger banks.  Based on what you are describing though it doesn't sound like you specifically need an "investor" friendly bank since the buyers won't be investors - they will occupy the properties.  I think that what you are describing.  There are still some banks that are better at even that type of a borrower too but you can certainly find banks that fit both parameters.

@Tony Marcelle I think there are.  They are the ones who understand the process more so vs. just the standard single family home sale.  I've worked with a few and have one now I rely upon who gets what I'm trying to do along with my clients.  It makes a difference.
