Hard Money Lenders Near Sacramento Ca

Hi BP community. Does anyone know or using a certain hard money lender for fix and flips that offers good rates and trust worthy near the sacramento area? I have called many already and rates are just ridiculous. I am looking for one with about 80 to 90% loan for the ARV with rehab included, decent interest rate and long term if possible. Please let me know if you know of any good hard money lenders. Thanks
