Recomended Video About Upcoming Regulations

At the bottom is a link to a video about H.E.R.A. It is new regulations that will go into effect on July 30. This information is good to know for anyone that is in real estate no matter if you are an loan originator, REALTOR, buyer or seller.

I am recommending todays show especially but these guys do a good job and I watch it everyday.

It is a daily show that a couple of mortgage broker originators put on and they go over news and events in the industry. They also usually do a sales tip from a sales training book. I enjoy it and they are funny. These guys are local to me but their show is not local in nature. They do have a product to sell and that is the platform that you see in the link. But they don't hard sell it.
