I am in the process of purchasing my first investment property in Texas. I am a Canadian looking for Loan Officer and Mortgage Brokers who specialize in helping Canadians and DSCR Loans.

1) What's the minimum down payment required?

2) What are the usual amortization and interest rate terms/conditions?

3) What are the documentation requirements?

4) Are there interest only options as well?
