Private Lender in inaugural year!

Good afternoon,

I started to lend out my own capital back in January 2024 and have originated 14 short term loans on new construction sf homes. The notes are 4 months in length. I'm wondering about servicing these after completion on a longer term basis following a DSCR guideline as they will be rented, and then selling them in a secondary market. I'm wondering which company buys performing loans and what hurdles I might face? I recently purchased mortgage software and again wanted to streamline the process in selling or pooling the mortgages and attracting my own investors. Is there a "Go-To" company that purchases performing notes? Is there a platform where I can advertise a pool of mortgages for investors to buy/invest in?

Thanks BP!

Brendan
