New Mortgage Loan Officer Sponsorship recommendation

Hi everyone, I am a newly licensed Mortgage Loan Officer in Texas. I am looking for recommendations for Direct Lenders or Mortgage Brokerages who sponsor newly licensed MLOs. I have experience as an SFR investor (rentals), as a realtor as well as corporate experience in mortgage lending and servicing practices from a large bank - all of which I will leverage to grow my MLO career. I prefer to NOT work with large banks, looking for small to mid sized direct lenders or mortgage brokers with training. Thank you in advance for your recommendations.
