Lending options for first refurb property

Mia Thorpe
Posted

Hello everyone.

Could I get some advice on what the best lending option I should take when flipping my first property, in hope to create a business and flip more in the future? I live within the UK currently, but cannot find a forum similar to this that provides such helpful content.

Thank you Jaron, appreciate your advice. It would have been a better idea for me to have utilised my residential property in the same way you did, but unfortunately I'm currently living in a 1 bed residential, with no potential to extend and house share. So currently hoping to find other options available, until I can sell and buy a refurb residential.

Devin, thank you for your response also. Would love to connect and talk more about what I could learn from you!
