Flexible FHA Lenders

Hi my names Matt I'm a 19 year old looking to purchase my first property but having trouble getting pre approved for an FHA loan. As an electrician I have been working through a staffing agency to work on projects and get sent to new ones but lenders don't seem to like that. I am starting a new job next week through an actual company to try to get pre approved again. However I do not plan to stay at the company because they do not pay that well and once I get to buy a house where I want to I will be able to make more money for it'll be in a bigger city. Is there any lenders out there that would be willing to talk and possibly help me out. Thanks in advance!
