Looking to renovate then refi
Hey I’m looking to renovate then refi into a new loan but wondering if I will get the roi on the renovations. Could someone point me to a good website to calculate this or be able to take this offline to talk for a quick phone call? Please and thank you

I find in Baltimore at this stage turn key is usually cheaper then purchase plus reno, plus you can get tenant in right away!
