Real estate advice for moving to Utah.

Hello!

So I’m a remote professional who has been saving to invest in a duplex or single family with the intent to rent out one side or rooms. I’m looking to move to Utah somewhere near Saint George. However if there are other places I should check out I’d love to hear it. That being said, being near Zion National park is something I’m really looking for. Would love any Adobe about how to approach investing in that area or who to reach out to.
