RE Agent & an Investor: Conflict of Interest?

I passed my New York State RE license exam a few weeks ago. During my studying, I discovered real estate investing and this piqued my interest more, specifically lease options. My question is; now that I'm a licensed agent, how can I pursue personal investment ventures while being under a brokerage? What, if anything, would my broker be entitled to? How does being an investor and an agent really work? And are there any investors in NY looking for an investor friendly agent? ☺️😁
