Real estate Agent out sourcing

Ive been an agent for almost 2 years now along with working at my w2 for 2 years. Business is ramping up but cant seem to have the time to prospect, follow up, market and work ON my business when I’m doing all the little stuff in between (creating content, email marketing strategies, Direct mail, etc) also working full time. so its brought me to the point were i want to just outsource everything. Fiverr or UpWork have been great tools in the past for hiring freelancers but now I’m leaning more on it than ever before.

I’m planning on buying my second rental (live in flip, but rent it out as opposed to selling) and need my w2 for that reason. once i close on the property THEN i will part ways with the w2 job because i want to go all in real estate. Now if the systems i put in place through outsourcing help me with freeing up enough time to focus on everything else will it be smart to just keep my w2 for more income or just solely focus on my passion which is real estate? (At the end of this year i will be bankable through real estate as I’ve set my business with a CPA to make sure i will be even after i leave my w2)

Any suggestions would help!

Thanks in advance
