Hey guys!

Would like to take my real estate business to the next level as a Realtor in Los Angeles, CA.

I know that what will take me there is a great coach but don’t know where to start besides Google.

Any great recommendations or success stories that you would like to share?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

First, you need to clearly define on paper what you want to accomplish and the time frame to accomplish it. Then you need to have your interview questions ready so you can do your due diligence as the responses roll in from those espousing the benefits of their coaching program, of which there is no shortage. NEVER have your credit card handy at the first couple of conversations as most of the coaching gurus have well paid sales people who can convince you in minutes to fork over tens of thousands of dollars before you even know what the guru is contractually obligated to do for said funds. If the guru says they own 100 doors, ask them to provide the addresses for those doors. Many claim to own large multi-family complexes but really only have a small interest in those complexes. There are definitely some real players in the industry, but there are also more actors in the investing arena than there are in Hollywood. You would be wise to remember this. Believe none of what you hear and only half of what you see when it comes to gurus. Everything they say should be proven to your satisfaction and whatever they say they will do must be in their contract...a copy of which you should read before agreeing to anything.

I haven't joined a coaching specifically for real estate agents, but I am getting my license soon and also considering something. I've really been digging Ricky Carruth lately though; not sure if you've heard of him. If not, maybe check him out!
