Hello, I am a newly licensed real estate agent. I am highly knowledgeable in real estate and great with connecting. Does anyone have any tips on how to meet people of market yourself through networking while in the COVID-19 pandemic? I am working in an area that I am new to the area and looking to grow my contact list

I’ve had success running events in a targeted neighborhood. For example I gave away 30 pumpkins in early October to a neighborhood. I also had people sign up to win some mums. This is more of a long term play but I captured the information of several home owners and now I can target those individual a lot better. All of the pumpkin distributing was done COVID safe.

Obviously cold calling is a way to get quicker business but if you’re interested in building a true sales business, provide value and let people know you’re in real estate. It will take longer but you will be happy 5 years from now when the real benefits are had. Good luck!
