Representing my Husband

I live in California and need to clarify if I can represent my husband and myself as the buyer's agent in a transaction? I just want to make sure I do this correctly and not violate any laws.

@Irene Nash Thank you this was very helpful! I was able to contact someone from my branch that said the same thing to me. I appreciate your advice coming from WA looks like we have the same rules here in CA. I like the separate email idea as well. :)
