Let’s say , someone becomes a real estate agent in their area & becomes a real estate investor as well. What kind of advantages would the real estate agent have when it comes it real estate investing?

You are knee deep in it every day.  You see what others do that make them success or failures.   You hear more, you see more, you network more, you meet more people, you meet more trades, you know who does good work and bad work, you know who has great prices, you know the contracts better, you have more access to more people.
