Hi all!

I've got a buddy of mine in Atlanta who wants to buy his first home. He's possibly got enough to buy multiple properties, but wants to do his homework to review his options. Do any of you have any referrals to investor friendly agents in ATL who know the market/market rents/prime locations and help him out?

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you all so much!
