What does it mean to be affiliated with a broker?
Hello, new member from New Hampshire, I've listened to all the podcasts and I understand I should get my real estate license to have greater access. According to the NH gov. website, after getting my license I need to be affiliated with a broker within 2 years. Can anyone tell me what that means? Are there costs involved? Can I start my own sole proprietor real estate business without one? Thanks
