Finding a broker to sponsor license

Hello,

I've owned a couple of rental properties (SFH) for a few years now, and just bought my third. I plan to ramp up my REI in the next few years, and I'm thinking about getting my real estate agent license to help facilitate my purchases. How hard is it to find a broker willing to sponsor someone who has no interest in actually being a full-time or even part-time agent? I just want my license to help my own investing, plus maybe every once in a while helping a few friends and family members. Are brokers willing to sponsor someone in my situation? I'm in Ohio.

Thanks!

@Eric Sammons What Ryan said - it is easy to find a brokerage that provides great training, tools, support, and even local mentorship with no productivity or full time requirement.  I'm a part-timer at eXp and I love it.  The benefits are enormous for investors and those of us seeking additional passive income streams.

Also, I used to live in Dayton and still own multifamily there!  Best of luck!
