Start career as RE assistant or in property management?
I am turning 18 within the month and have my real estate coursework done. Additionally I will have an appointment to get licensed. My problem is I am stuck between starting my career as a RE assistant to shadow a successful agent and learn their daily processes or begin in property management to learn all aspects involved in that field. I plan on moving to the investment/ development side of the business as I progress. Both options have positives that would translate into future investments. I am looking for opinions from those who have more experience than myself.
