Investing in Riviera Maya

Nicolas De Elia
Posted

If you BiggerPockets user are considering or have a client interested in investing in a property that allows you a few days/months off, and to make a profit the rest of the time, the touristic Playa del Carmen in Riviera Maya is a perfect option.

The famous 5th Avenue street offers an extensive variety of culinary options, vibrant culture and nightlife, exclusive boutiques, just a few steps from the beach.

In the Riviera Maya you'll find paradise beaches, ruins, cenotes, amusement parks, history, culture, islands, will be able to dive in one of the biggest reefs in the world.

In the past 10 years Playa has grown like no other city. Moreover, it has attracted not only tourists from all over the world, but also investors. As a result, Playa del Carmen has become one of the most touristic cities in Mexico.

Cheers
