Friend is looking for a realtor to sell a mobile home.
Looking to sell mobile home in jurupa valley, he is renting the place out and selling it to his renters. He has 21st mortgage and set up for it to be sold in January of 2020

If he's selling to the current tenants, it may make more sense to just go through a title company to facilitate the sale.
