RE Agent looking for investors to work with

Hi BP Family! So I have been learning about investing for a while and bought my first investment property (house hacking) to live rent free.

Currently at this time I want to build up capital in order to invest more. I figured since I have my RE License and I enjoy the industry I can make money to build up my capital and also get experience while I’m at it.

I am interested in finding investor clients to work with to assist them as their agent. I found a few articles on how investors can find agents but I’m looking to find investors that are trying to work with an agent.

Any advice/tools/resources available for me to figure that out?

Thank you in advance for your feedback! 🤗

@Georgia Bryant congrats on your achievement. Finding investors will be easy for you that will come in time but if you are trying to improve as a REA i say read any and everything written by @David Greene he is an excellent agent as well as investor. I would say he is the great hybrid of REA and investor.
